Will helps clients harness the power of their data, build engagement & relationships with their customers & shape their marketing organizations to leverage opportunities presented by data driven digital marketing. Will started in Data Analysis & Database Marketing in 1988 & has both client side & agency experience. Passionate about social CRM, advanced data modelling & most importantly making marketing pay. He became a DMA Awards judge in 2000 having won several awards himself in the innovative use of lifestyle data. Since joining Ogilvy Singapore the Data practice has also won several awards for Insights & Data Strategy . He is a regular public speaker on Social Media Measurement & ROI of Social Engagement.
