In 2001, Kitashoji joined Yahoo Japan Corporation where he was in charge of branding ad sales for seven years. After he focused on enlightenment and introduction of enterprise video in a domestic video distribution company, he joined Brightcove in 2012 as Sales Director.
Since then, Kitashoji promotes video marketing with owned media by utilizing the company’s "Video Cloud" service. He also focuses on business development with video ads for media companies such as TV stations and newspapers.
